Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

All individual candle orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time around holidays.

Subscription orders are shipped out the 3rd week of every month. The deadline for each month’s subscriptions is the 1st. If you place an order after the 1st, you will receive your first subscription box the following month.

Following any order, you will receive a confirmation email, and an additional email once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently only offer shipping within the United States.

What is your return policy? 

We want you to be totally satisfied with your Lotus & Leaf purchase, so please reach out by submitting a request via our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order if you have an issue, and we will work on fixing it. We are unable to cover return shipping fees. Items eligible for return must be unused and in their original packaging. Once a return is accepted by our team, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your return.
